About Kathleen
Kathleen is a radio host, teacher and artist. She started meditating in 1984 and teaches meditation to people throughout the US and Europe.
Kathleen is a Black Belt in Aikido, a traditional Japanese martial art. She teaches Aikido for children and adults at East Bay Aikido.
Kathleen created the Girls Empowerment Program to increase self confidence for girls through art, movement, and drama. She also created the Girls Entrepreneurial Camp. Kathleen is a mask maker and crafts exquisite shaman masks, mardi gras, theatre, carnival and custom masks.
Since 1998, Kathleen's surface and design company, Spangle by Kathleen, has licensed her original hand painted artwork for wallpaper, giftwrap, china and paper products.
Kathleen was a runway model and fashion commentator for 8 years. She lives in California with her husband and 3 children.
