The primary benefit of intuitive awareness is self awareness. When you become truly aware of who you are, what you want, and what you have to offer the world then you can live your truth.
The ability to become self aware and to live your truth starts with stillness. Meditate daily and increase your awareness as you practice observing yourself and the world around you.

Bless The World
May you be happy, may you be well, may you be peaceful and at ease.
May you be filled with loving kindness and compassion for all beings.
May I be happy, may I be well, may I be peaceful and at ease.
May I be filled with loving kindness and compassion for all beings.
May we be happy, may we be well, may we be peaceful and at ease.
May we be filled with loving kindness and compassion for all beings.
May all beings be happy, may all beings be well, may all beings be peaceful and at ease.
May all beings be filled with loving kindness and compassion for all beings.
This mantra was given by Sensei Tom Gambell to his students.
I give it to you today,
and you can pass it on.

William Butler Yeats
What they undertook to do
They brought to pass;
All things hang like a drop of dew
Upon a blade of grass
