Set Aside Time To Meditate
When you set aside time to meditate each day,
you give to yourself the support you need
to do your work in the world.
you give to yourself the support you need
to do your work in the world.

Aikido Every Day
"The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit." - O'Sensei, Morihei Ueshiba, founder of Aikido

The Answer Workshop
The Answer Workshop
You have the answer inside you.
Every question, every concern, every problem.
You know what to do and what the answer is.
So how do you find out what it is?
How do you access it?
How do you get to the place where you can recognize the answer?
And know what to do?
Sit quietly and listen.
Sit still.
Stillness.
That's where it all starts.
Pause here - have a cuppa tea
and after that, there are a few things you can do to get to the answer easily.
Practical, simple, effective ways that work.
First listen.
Once you listen, then you observe.
Watch.
After you observe, then act.
With confidence that you are making the right decision,
the best choice, that you know what to do.
Because you are. Because you do.
BE • SEE • DO
That's what this workshop is all about.
Silent Meditation
Guided Meditation
Movement Meditation
Writing • Exercises • Activities • Discussion
There is a workbook that goes along with it
to help you remember how to use everything
you learn in the workshop.
It's practical. It works.
You will be amazed
by what you have inside yourself.
Really, this workshop is about you.
