Meditate In The World!
Public Meditation All Over The World!
Wherever you are in the world on June 6, 2010
find a place in public to meditate!
It could be a bench with your eyes closed for a 5 minute meditation.
It could be on the beach by the ocean or lake. By a river or stream.
It could be downtown in a plaza or center-square.
By yourself.
Or get some friends together.
Create a meditation circle in a park.
Sit at a coffee shop by yourself and have a 5 minute meditation.
Go to a bookstore and meditate.
1. See what it is like to meditate in a public space -
a unique experience I encourage you to try.
2. Increase public awareness of a daily meditation practice.
3. Be safe - choose your place and time with care and common sense.
