When you walk into a room full of people,
what is the first thing you notice?
The exit? The entertainment? The food?
The loudest person in the room? The quietest?
Next time you walk into a room full of people,
notice what it is that you notice.
Pay attention to what you are paying attention to.
Observe yourself observing.
All around you, every day,
you have many opportunities to increase your awareness.
And awareness is key to utilizing your clairvoyance.

A Little Bit of Resisitance Goes A Long Way
On the good side, when you have resistance, you become stronger. Pushing weights, biking uphill, running into the wind. All of those things will ultimately increase your stamina and strength.
When you start to feel resistance to some piece of work that you must do, push through it. Compel yourself to keep going until you get to the other side of the task. In this way, the resistance works for you because it makes you stronger inside when you get through that difficulty.
But here is the key: a little resistance goes a long way. No one lifts weights all day long, bikes only uphill or runs into the wind constantly. Yet there are many people who live much of their life in resistance to the world around them. Resistance to work, relationships, family and even friends. That feeling in life of always having to push the world back causes a chronic sense of resistance.
That is the type of resistance to release.
Stop trying to push through this. Stop living life in a state of continual resistance to the world and to expectations and demands. Let it go.
And how to let go?
Ah, that is the question. And the answer is simple (I have already told you and you know it anyways) so stop for a minute and consider this.
Find time to meditate. Every Day.
Are you resisting this? Did you tense up with a bit of guilt for not doing it already. That's OK, just let that go. And start now. Just as pushing through a difficult spot in a workout makes your stronger, by pushing through this difficult spot to create a daily meditation you will become stronger.
I know, it is a bit odd: Push through the resistance to become free of resistance. But this is an excellent opportunity to live with an apparent contradiction.
So take a few minutes now. Walk away from the computer and sit quietly and allow yourself to come to a place of stillness for a few minutes allowing the resistance to release.
(Stop reading - go sit and do nothing!)
Enjoy.

Resistance Is Always A Good Friend
Resistance is always a good friend. Why? Because it gives you such direct and useful information. What are you resisting right now? Something having to do with another person, or maybe something having to do with just yourself. Either way, you can learn from that which makes you uncomfortable or causes you irritation or in some way creates resistance within you.

Exactly As It Should Be
Some days, there is nothing you can do about it.
When that happens, just let it go.
You are not on the journey for perfection.
(Well, maybe you are on the journey for perfection,
but that is going to be a long road indeed.)
Instead of striving for perfection, let it be as it is.
Everything is exactly as it should be.
"How can that be possible?"
"You've got to be kidding!"
That is what I have heard when I put forth that
everything is exactly as it should be.
But, of course, the protests do not matter.
They, too, are exactly as they should be.
When that happens, just let it go.
You are not on the journey for perfection.
